SEP 1 - APR 30: $150/night * ($1107 with WI tax)
Week of July 4th $1500 total with tax

SEP 1 - APR 30: $150/night * ($949 with WI tax)

RATES FOR 5 NIGHTS
SEP 1 - APR 30: $150/night * ($791 with WI tax)

RATES FOR 4 NIGHTS
SEP 1 - APR 30: $150/night * ($633 with WI tax)

RATES FOR 3 NIGHTS
SEP 1 - APR 30: $150/night * ($474 with WI tax)

*Prices Do Not Include A WI 5.5% Tax.
*Prices Subject To Change.
*Rates are for up to 9 guests max.
*Rate changes begins first Sat of May and Sep.

Binding Agreement:
By making your reservation with deposit you will be creating a binding agreement to rent/lease and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.


Check-In/Out:
Weekly check-in on Saturday 4:00 pm
check-outs on Saturday 10:00 am


Maximum Number Of Persons allowed Is 9:
4 Bedrooms/2 Bath
3 Queen Beds, 1 Single and Bunk Bed



Deposits:
Upon making your reservation a $500 payment to hold and for security deposit shall be due via cash, check or cashier check. House will only be held after deposit is received. 1/2 will be refunded if reservation is canceled within 30 days and none if not able to re-rent.

Payment:
Full weekly rate will be due within two weeks of check-in via check, cash or cashier check.

How to make a reservation:
1. Please E-Mail or Call to confirm your desired dates are available.
2. Mail your $500 reservation/security deposit. Once the deposit is received your desired dates will be held and confirmed.
3. Within two weeks of your arrival at Twin Pines the amount of ($1266 for 7 nights..etc) will be required. ($500 deposit + $1266 rent).
4. After your departure and no damage is found; your $500 deposit (minus $75 minimum cleaning fee) will be refunded back to you. Please make sure we have a good mailing address.


Cancellations / Early Checkout/ Date Changes Or Unit Changes:
Sorry, NO REFUNDS for early departure.


Accommodations:
Twin Pines shall not guarantee any specific accommodation due to any unforeseen incidents, but will make every effort possible to contact the guests if any unforeseen incidents arise. It is in our best interest to make sure it's guests have a memorable vacation, and will do its best to make sure this happens.


Occupancy:
Occupancy is restricted to the stated limit for each property. Please do not over-occupy the accommodation. The guests agree to register all people in their party in advance and agree that they will be in default of this agreement if they have more guests in the accommodation than the accommodations will allow. We will rent only to responsible adults over the age of 21.


Absolutely NO Pets Allowed:
If a pet or evidence of a pet is found on the premises, the result will be forfeiture of entire rent & deposit and immediate guest eviction.


Absolutely NO Smoking:
No smoking allowed in cabin.


Maintenance:
We make a good-faith effort to offer a high quality standard for the offering of such accommodations, and will make every effort in its power to make sure such accommodations represented to our guests are in top condition. Due to the nature of the business, we cannot guarantee that items will not break from normal wear and tear. We will attempt to correct in a reasonable time period any defects as they may occur. In case of a problem please call (715) 234-2803 to report it. NO REFUND OR RATE ADJUSTMENT will be made for mechanical failures.


Telephones:
A telephone is furnished at Twin Pines for your convenience for local calls. Long distance and directory assistance calls must be made collect, or charged to your personal phone or credit card.


Other:
House rental entitles you to a private dock space if you would like to bring your boat along. The boat launch is available onsite.
House is located next to the old Treats Cafe.
Lake, docks and boat launch is located approx. 200 feet from the house.
